How to change your credit card details

You may change the credit card details of your membership by following these steps: 

• Visit our Defeat Diabetes Customer Portal page. Enter your registered Defeat Diabetes Program email. 
  
  
  
  
• Check your email for your link. 
  
• Open the email with the subject title "Your Defeat Diabetes customer portal login link". Click the link provided in the email.
  
  
  
  
• Your current plan, billing details, and invoice history will be posted on the page.
  
  
  
  If you wish to delete your current credit card details from the system, tick the x icon. Once deleted, tick the + Add payment method to add your new credit card. 
  
• Add your credit card details. Tick the "Use as default payment method". Then, click the "Done" yellow box. 
  
• Done! Your new credit card information is updated!
