First time ordering online?

Here is a list of instructions on how to make your first order on our website:

• Visit www.defeatdiabetes.com.au/shop/. Browse our selection of books, click "buy now", complete the checkout process and you’re done! 
  
  
  
• Fill in your contact information and shipping address.
  
  
• We post Australia-wide for only $9.99 per order. The shipping flat rate is already ticked as a default. 
  
  
  
• Fill in your credit card details.
  
  
  
• Once you have reviewed the details of your order, click "Complete Order". 
  
  
• Your order has been confirmed. You will receive an email with details of your order or download the invoice for your copy. 
  
  

Note: 

• If you’re buying an ebook you will be able to download your book immediately, and we’ll also send you an email with a link to download it. 
• If you’re buying a print book, we will mail your order to you within 3 working days. 
• If you decide you need to change or cancel the order, please contact our team within 24 hours of placing your order via email at [e-mail] or via live chat, Monday to Friday, 12 noon to 5 pm Sydney time, except public holidays.
