Before returning anything you must contact Defeat Diabetes Customer Care at support@defeatdiabetes.com.au.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 10 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@defeatdiabetes.com.au and send your item to Defeat Diabetes, Bay 5-7, 2 Locomotive Street, Eveleigh, NSE2015.
Change of mind
Defeat Diabetes does not accept returns for a change of mind. If an item is returned for a change of mind without Defeat Diabetes approval, or has not been packed securely, or is not in a new or re-saleable condition when it arrives at Defeat Diabetes Distribution Centre, Defeat Diabetes is not obligated to provide a refund or store credit and the item may be returned to you. We will contact you to advise of the return status.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be granted at Defeat Diabetes discretion for
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again for a credit from Defeat Diabetes Pty Ltd. If you still beleive the credit is missing, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@defeatdiabetes.com.au to investigate further.
Store credits
Store credits and refunds for an approved return will only apply to the item returned and will not cover any return postage costs or your original shipping charge.
A return and refund for a change of mind is not possible for the following product types:
- Gift Certificates
- eBooks
- Other digital content such as the Defeat Diabetes Program
- Bulk Orders where special pricing and/or product sourcing has been provided with Firm Sale terms
Store credits must be used within 12 months of issue.
