If you're unable to login to your account, or you forgot your password, you will do a password reset.
Here's how:
- Visit the Defeat Diabetes login page here and click "Forgot Password."
- Provide your email address in the email field. You will receive an email
- Your reset email request will arrive in a few minutes in your inbox (or spam/junk filters). Click on the green button and follow the instructions.
- Done! Use your new password to log into the program via the website or straight from the app.
Suggestion: Make sure that you have cleared your web browser's cache and history settings and restart your computer. Follow the steps here.
If you're still unable to log in despite the suggestions above, the issue may be a bug on our end.
