The Defeat Diabetes Program is specifically designed for busy singles, couples and families. The program is self-paced, and our recipes are quick and simple (and delicious!) to prepare, with minimal cooking or chopping. The majority of recipes can be whipped up in under 30 minutes (many can be pulled together on the go in under 10 minutes!) and the videos run for 5 minutes on average, so perfectly achievable to fit into your busy schedule. Preparation, shopping ahead and having lots of healthy options in your pantry are the key.
We recommend a minimum three-month commitment and ideally 12 months on the program to reap the full benefits.
